Common Questions

How do I know therapy is right for me?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply want to improve your well-being, therapy can be a supportive space to explore and grow. I'd be happy to discuss your questions in a free consultation call.

What can I expect in the first session?

The first session is about getting to know you and understanding what brings you to counseling. We’ll discuss your goals and begin to develop a plan that works for you.

How long are sessions and how often should I come?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Most clients start with weekly sessions, which can be adjusted over time based on your needs.
